Nashville Canning Company was built from experience, curiosity, and a whole lot of jars.
Founder Gary Baron began his journey in food manufacturing with The Nashville Jam Company, learning the craft of small-batch, shelf-stable production from the ground up. What started as a single product line quickly grew into national foodservice distribution—and soon, the phone started ringing.
“Can you make this?”
“Could you produce that for us?”
Before long, Nashville Canning Company was born.
Today, we produce shelf-stable food products for independent brands, national and multi-unit restaurant groups, and hotel and hospitality partners across the country. We also proudly manufacture and distribute products under our own trusted brand names.
